George Henry Hadley George as a young man. This picture was taken at Wood studio, in Carthage New York. I do not know the date. The note written on the back states: George Hadley the father of Harold Hadley, Grandfather of Walt, Bruce, and Eddie. The note is written by my Grandmother Louise Hadley, wife of Harold Hadley so mentioned.

For a living George was a Farmer and a Carpenter. As remembered by his Grandson Edward Hadley.
House where George raised his family. This house is on Hadley Road in Black River, New York. I know the brick part was owned by George. Not sure when the white addition was built. The house was still standing in 1996. Picture was taken by author of this web site.

George Hadley as an older gentleman This picture is not dated. His name is the only thing that appears on the back.
